Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or wrong items received.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Customised jewellery and engraved pieces are non-returnable.

Items damaged due to misuse will not be eligible for returns.

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be credited within 7 working days to the original payment method.
